New Jersey Wine Festivals invites you to raise a glass and celebrate the coming of spring at the 5th Annual Spring Wine Festival on Friday, April 27, 2012, 7-10PM at the Hilton Short Hills. Featuring… 100+ fine wines hand-selected for your tasting pleasure by the experts of the Wine Library.

Relax, mix n’ mingle with wine lovers just like you! Sip a diverse array of wines, nibble on delicious accompanying light fare, and kick back with the smooth sounds of live jazz.

WINE & FOOD: Enjoy wines from around the globe presented by the connoisseurs of the Wine Library. The extensive selection includes over 100 fine wines – something for every palate’s pleasure! The Hilton’s award winning culinary staff will provide a first class selection of light hors d’oeuvres throughout the night, plus exquisite cheese displays and pasta stations. MUSIC: MUSIC: This year, we are very excited to present renowned saxophonist Jeff Kashiwa, a featured member of the Grammy nominated, iconic contemporary jazz group The Rippingtons. Jeff and his band will perform LIVE in concert throughout the Spring Wine Festival!

WINE CLASSES: Three (3) exclusive wine classes will be conducted in our Private Tasting Area. Times: 7:15PM, 8:15PM & 9:15PM. (NOTE: An additional $30 per ticket applies.) Classes are led by a seasoned wine expert who will guide participants through several specially selected wines. Each wine will be traced to its origins, compared with other choices, and noted for best food pairings. PLEASE NOTE: Reservations for your session of choice MUST be made online or by phone at time of ticket purchase. Class sizes are limited, so be sure to reserve early.
