ABOUT LITTLE FEAT
For four decades,Little Feat has been billed as one of the best live rock n’ roll bands ever. They also remain one of the most active. Little Feat is Paul Barrere, guitar and vocals; Bill Payne, keyboards and vocals; Fred Tackett, guitar/mandolin/trumpet and vocals; Richie Hayward, drums and vocals; Kenny Gradney, bass; and Sam Clayton, congas and vocals.

Since the band was formed by Lowell George in 1969, Little Feat has always has been well received by fans and critics. But for most of its existence, the band has never been exactly mainstream. Nonetheless, Little Feat has survived and thrived under the radar because its music is important, influential and has tremendous multigenerational magnetism.

The band’s lasting appeal among fellow musicians – both individually and collectively – also is unmistakable. They are pros’ pros and have collaborated with icons such as Bob Dylan, Brian Wilson, Bonnie Raitt, Robert Plant, and John Lee Hooker. They also have toured or worked on albums individually with the Doobie Brothers, Pink Floyd, the Allman Brothers and Ringo Starr.
